Night Hue is a community for artists, developers, writers, designers, gamers, and creators. These Community Guidelines help keep the Service safe, respectful, and focused on creative collaboration, friendship, and shared interests.

This is Not a Dating Site

Night Hue is designed for creative collaboration, friendship, community building, shared interests, and project discovery. Romantic, sexual, or adult-oriented solicitation is not allowed.

Users who attempt to use Night Hue for dating, romantic pressure, sexual solicitation, or unwanted advances may receive warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from the Service. If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the Report and Block tools immediately.

Do

✓Be respectful, kind, and considerate toward other community members.
✓Share your creative work, ideas, projects, and progress in good faith.
✓Support other creators with encouragement and constructive feedback when feedback is requested.
✓Use content warnings for horror, dark fantasy, intense themes, flashing visuals, or potentially disturbing imagery.
✓Respect boundaries, privacy settings, and personal comfort levels.
✓Credit others when sharing or referencing work you have permission to share.
✓Report harassment, unsafe behavior, impersonation, scams, or rule violations.
✓Block users you do not want to interact with.
✓Celebrate creativity, originality, and different artistic perspectives.

Do Not

✗Use Night Hue for dating, romantic solicitation, sexual solicitation, or adult-oriented solicitation.
✗Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate, shame, or abuse other users.
✗Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or content targeting protected groups.
✗Share explicit sexual content, sexually suggestive solicitation, or adult services.
✗Post, request, promote, or distribute any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors. This is zero tolerance.
✗Impersonate another person, creator, company, organization, or public figure.
✗Share another person’s private information without consent.
✗Post spam, scams, malware, deceptive links, or unsolicited sales pitches.
✗Send repeated unwanted messages or pressure users after they have said no or stopped responding.
✗Create multiple accounts to evade warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or bans.
✗Upload content you do not have the right to share.
✗Attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, overload, or interfere with Night Hue or other users.

Content Guidelines

Creative Work

You may share creative work, project updates, artwork, game development progress, writing, design experiments, inspiration boards, and other creator-focused content as long as you have the right to share it and it follows these Guidelines.

Horror, Gothic, and Dark Fantasy Themes

Horror art, gothic themes, dark fantasy, and intense creative concepts may be allowed when they are lawful, properly marked, and within the Service’s permitted content boundaries. Use content warnings for graphic imagery, intense themes, flashing visuals, or material that may be disturbing to some users.

Age-Rating Boundaries

Do not post content that exceeds the allowed rating, safety rules, or community boundaries of Night Hue. Users may report content that appears inappropriate, unsafe, mislabeled, or outside the app’s intended creative purpose.

Original Work, References, and Fan Work

Only share content you created, own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to share. If you reference another creator’s work, credit the original creator when appropriate and do not imply ownership, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Respect copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, and other intellectual property. We may remove content that appears to violate another person’s rights or that is the subject of a valid takedown or rights complaint.

Safety and Moderation

Night Hue may use reporting tools, blocking tools, automated or manual moderation, filters, account restrictions, and review processes to help protect the community.

We may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other action when content or behavior violates these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, or applicable law.

We may also take action when behavior creates a safety, legal, security, spam, fraud, or integrity risk to users, creators, the Service, or the public.

Enforcement

Violations of these Guidelines may result in one or more of the following:

Content warning, labeling, or reduced visibility.
Content removal.
User warning.
Temporary feature restriction.
Temporary suspension.
Permanent account termination.
Report to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate for illegal activity or serious safety concerns.

The action we take may depend on the severity of the violation, user history, risk to the community, and legal or safety obligations. Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without prior warning.

How to Report

If you see content or behavior that violates these Guidelines or makes you feel unsafe, please use the reporting and blocking tools available in the Service.

Use the Report button on a profile, post, comment, group, or message where available.
Block users who are bothering you, pressuring you, or violating your boundaries.
Contact support for urgent safety or moderation concerns.
Do not engage with users who are harassing, threatening, scamming, or pressuring you.

Reports are reviewed by our moderation process. We aim to respond to safety and moderation concerns in a timely manner.
