This Privacy Policy explains how Night Hue collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services collectively referred to as the Service.

Night Hue is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

• Usage Information: pages or screens viewed, features used, actions taken, preferences selected, interaction activity, and performance information.
• Device and Technical Information: device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, crash logs, diagnostic information, and security-related logs.
• Payment Information: if Night Hue offers purchases, subscriptions, or paid features, payment processing may be handled by Apple In-App Purchase or another payment provider where permitted. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: cookies, local storage, or similar technologies may be used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support security, improve performance, and understand how the Service is used.

3. User Content and Visibility

Please use care when sharing information. Other users may save, copy, screenshot, or share content that you make visible to them.

• With Other Users: information may be shared with other users based on your privacy settings, profile visibility, messaging settings, and the content you choose to post or send.
• With Service Providers: we may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate, host, secure, analyze, support, or improve the Service. These may include hosting providers, database providers, analytics tools, email delivery services, customer support tools, moderation tools, crash reporting tools, security services, and payment processors where applicable.

Night Hue may provide controls that allow you to manage your information and app experience, including:

• Profile Visibility: choose who can see your profile.
• Location Display: choose whether to display your region or city.
• Messaging: control who can message you where these settings are available.
• Blocking: block users you do not want to interact with.
• Reporting: report content, messages, or users that may violate our Terms or Community Guidelines.
• Profile Editing: edit or remove certain profile information.
• Data Requests: request access to or deletion of your personal information.
• Account Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated personal information.

6. Account Deletion

If you create a Night Hue account, you may request deletion of your account through the app where available or by contacting us at apeters@laughingmossstudios.com.

When you delete your account, we aim to delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account within 30 days, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, security, dispute resolution, backup, or compliance purposes.

Some content may remain visible if it has been shared with others, copied by other users, included in community interactions, or retained in backups for a limited period.

7. Safety, Moderation, and Community Protection

Night Hue may use moderation tools, reporting systems, blocking tools, review processes, and safety measures to help prevent abuse, spam, harassment, objectionable content, and violations of our Terms or Community Guidelines.

Users may report content or users through the Service or by contacting us at apeters@laughingmossstudios.com. We review reports and may remove content, restrict accounts, or take other action when appropriate.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, and improve the Service.

If you delete your account, we aim to delete or de-identify personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required or permitted for legal, safety, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or compliance purposes.

Night Hue is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor has created an account or provided personal information, we will take appropriate steps to remove the account and associated information.
